The Perfectly Imperfect Sale
Welcome to our biannual Sample + Seconds Sale where we collect all of our handmade pieces throughout the year that didn’t quite make it to the final shelf to be sold on our main website. They didn’t make the final cut due to being either a test sample that didn’t receive approval or of course, if they have a slight imperfection.
The Imperfections may include:
Printing errors: lifted ink, smudges, loss of colour, uneven edging or finish, colour errors or thick ink residue.
Sewing errors: Uneven stitches, off line stitches, loss of tension, thread mishaps.
Fabric Errors: Embedded creases, excessive uneven texture, inconsistent colour, tension loss in weave, wonky hemming.
We also include both Samples, Originals & Discontinued lines too.
 
CHECKING OUT
Our website allows multiple people to put the same item in their basket, it is the first person to checkout that will be able to purchase the item. This being said when you reach your checkout you may find some items removed from your basket unfortunately.
In a bid to make your shopping experience a lot easier, we have learnt to combine items into one listing and so this prevents early sell outs and any disappointment over removed items from your bag. It does however mean that the fault pictured in the image may not be the same as the item you receive.
 
SHIPPING + RETURNS
All items are ready to be dispatched, we aim to pick and pack your parcels within 3-5 working days and then send them out using The Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service.
We’ve experienced some exceptional price increases for postage this year so unfortunately that’s meant increases our charge which is now £4.99 per parcel just to cover the postage charges for a standard parcel.
We are unable to provide tracking services for your orders.
The pieces in this sale are known to have imperfections. Some listings may have multiple units and so the imperfections can differ from one to the next. If you have any questions about a piece then please do get in touch. Each sale in final once checked out. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or returns on our sale item(s).
And finally, I do apologise but we are unable to combine orders once placed meaning that postal charges will occur individually per transaction. The heightened traffic of our sale website and automated dispatching systems mean that we are unable to offer this service for our sale.
